Morning Musume leader Michishige Sayumi appears at event for pictorial book

On November 11, Morning Musume leader Michishige Sayumi (24) appeared at a commemorative sales event in Tokyo for her pictorial book "Blue Rose" (Wani Books, ¥3150.)

The group recently grabbed 1st place on the Oricon charts for their 3 consecutive singles, a first in 11 years; Michishige stated her ambitions regarding the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen with, "If we can, I would like us to appear on it again. It would be the perfect way to end the year."
